    Places to Stay

If sleeping under the stars isn’t your thing.

Jackson Hole days are the stuff of dreams, but you still need to sleep. Luckily, we have some pretty dreamy accommodations too.

Climbers call the hardest part of a route the “crux.” The crux of planning a vacation to Jackson Hole is deciding where to stay and then getting reservations. Do you want to sleep under a goose down comforter, a Pendleton wool blanket, or with a breeze of fresh mountain air? Your answer may guide you to a ski-in chalet, a cozy dude ranch cabin, or a backcountry campsite.

The choices are only limited by how far in advance you begin planning your trip. Hint: The earlier you plan, the more options you’ll have.

Receive up to $400 off airfare for four people when you reserve your roundtrip flights, lodging and qualifying activities through Jackson Hole Resort Reservations (JHRR).

    Unique Jackson Hole Lodging Experiences

    Dude Ranches

A century ago, a stay at a Jackson Hole dude ranch usually lasted a month and the days were centered around living the cowboy lifestyle. Today, you can stay in a cabin or a glamping tent at a dude ranch for a week, and horseback riding is only one of a dozen possible ways to spend your day.

    Cabins

Cabins can bring your dreams of cozy vibes — a cup of coffee in a rocking chair on the front porch, falling asleep to the sound of a running creek — to life.

    National Park Lodging

In the early 20th century, visitors to Yellowstone National Park toured the park over one week, staying overnight at inns and hotels that were a one-day stagecoach ride from each other. At the same time, dude ranches in and around Grand Teton National Park welcomed guests for month-long stays. Some of these same places are still open to guests. Also available are tent and RV campgrounds, rustic cabins, and modern hotels.

    Luxury Resorts

Falling into crisply ironed sheets at a 5-star property doesn’t diminish the wildness of Jackson Hole or your day’s adventures. Jackson’s Resorts offer both endless luxury and activities. Resorts also have on-site spas and dining with enough amenities and nearby activities to keep you entertained and relaxed for days.

    Historic

Some hotels and dude ranches that welcome guests today have been around since all our streets were dirt.
