    Jackson Hole Food & Wine is pleased to announce the culinary, wine and spirits programming for Winter Fest, March 7-9, 2024. The sixth annual Winter Fest celebrates beloved local Jackson Hole chefs and restaurants, Michelin Starred visiting chefs, winemakers, caviar and beverage experts, artisans and more, with events based in Teton Village.     About the Event

    Jackson Hole Food & Wine donates a portion of the proceeds of Winter Fest to support Hole Food Rescue, a local nonprofit whose mission is to reduce waste and cultivate food security in Teton County.

    Winter Fest will welcome an all-star line-up, including Michelin Starred and James Beard Foundation Award-winning chefs Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski of State Bird Provisions, The Progress, and The Anchovy Bar, San Francisco; caviar expert and Solex Fine Foods founder Markus Draxler; Master Sommelier Chris Tanghe; Matt and Sara Licklider of LIOCO Wines in Healdsburg, CA; Jackson Hole Mountain Resort Executive Chef Steven DeBruyn; and spirits from Wyoming Whiskey. Winter Fest will also feature a stellar line-up of Jackson Hole’s favorite chefs and restaurants, including Bodega; Calico Restaurant & Bar; Four Seasons; Gravity Haus; Il Villaggio Osteria; Nora’s; Piste Mountain Bistro; Sidewinders Westbank; Spur Catering; Streetfood @ The Stagecoach; Teton Thai and a variety of beverage producers, including Jackson Hole Winery; JH Still Works; Melvin Brewing; Roadhouse Brewing Co.; and many more.

    Winter Fest Schedule

    Winter Fest kicks off with a luxurious Champagne & Caviar dinner on Thursday, March 7, from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. Guests will arrive at Solitude Station via Sweetwater Gondola and enjoy a special meal from Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s Executive Chef Steven DeBruyn highlighting the world’s finest caviar from Markus Draxler and Solex Catsmo paired with a curated selection of Champagnes from Westside Wine & Spirits, presented by Master Sommelier Chris Tanghe.

    On Friday, March 8, from 3:00 – 4:30 p.m., Edrington Spirits presents an intimate Wyoming Whiskey Tasting at the Four Seasons Resort Ballroom. Guests will enjoy a special afternoon flight of neat pours featuring a vertical of Wyoming Whiskey’s most sought-after releases, including National Parks NO.1, National Parks NO.2, National Parks NO.3, and The Grand Barrel N0.2707.
    An unforgettable evening awaits guests Friday evening at the Wine Dinner at 9,000 Feet. From the top of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort at Piste Mountain Bistro, award-winning chefs Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski will prepare an elegant multi-course menu, paired with LIOCO Wines and presented by Matt and Sara Licklider. Guests will arrive via Bridger Gondola while enjoying unparalleled views of the expansive winter valley.

    On Saturday, March 9, join chefs Brioza and Krasinski for an intimate Cooking Demo + Lunch at Murie Ballroom at Hotel Terra from noon – 2:00 p.m., as they demonstrate some of their favorite recipes from their three San Francisco restaurants: State Bird Provisions, The Progress, and The Anchovy Bar. Matt and Sara Licklider will pair wines from across their LIOCO portfolio to complement the lunch.

    Wind down Winter Fest with the Taste of Teton Village on Saturday, March 9, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at the Four Seasons Resort Ballroom. Hosted by Four Seasons Resort & Residences Jackson Hole, Taste of Teton Village offers guests an exclusive chance to experience a diverse range of signature dishes prepared by the best of the West Bank’s culinary community. This walk-around tasting features top chefs and restaurants serving their favorite seasonal bites alongside an incredible selection of wine, beer, and spirits. Local DJ Rocky Vertone’s spirited set will help set the après frame of mind!
